APPEARANCE,Din is gerudo. Actually, she is extremely gerudo. Caramel-skinned, lithe as a panther, possessed of very impressive assets in general, she is in fact a wonderful example of ideal gerudo-ness. Usually her hair, kept short save for longer bangs that frequently get in her face, is a deep red, and her eyes are usually, well, any color. Mostly golden, though. It‘s magic. Don‘t question it, just embrace it.
As for clothing, Din likes to show off. Her favorite outfit is a kind of top/corset wrap that leaves plenty of her midriff bare while displaying generous cleavage and leaving her arms bare. Most of what passes for pants in her wardrobe are comparable to the majority of relationships in her life: Extremely short affairs. Din has also decorated herself with a number of studs and piercings: Three studs and one ring in each ear, one stud in her right nostril, one by her right eyebrow and one stud and one ring in her lower lip.
That isn‘t to say Din has only one outfit. She is in many ways extremely vain. One of here more elaborate outfits is a tremendously leather affair. Another is mostly fur, usually accompanied by a mask and a cloak.
WEAPONS,Fingerknife - An elegant thing, the fingerknife is a cutpurse‘s tool. Seen from the back of the hand, it looks just like a ring. On the inside of the hand the blade reaches up between the ring and middle fingers, usually hidden from view. A dextrous hand can use this to cut purses, throats, puncture your stomach so you die slowly, carve your name in a tree, open letters and even wine bottles. It‘s the thief‘s wrench.
Weapons - Din is extremely skilled in the use of most types of weapons, though she favors small blades.
Bracers – Din usually has a pair of steel bracers strapped to her forearms for blocking.
ITEMS,Gemmed Bracelet - A heavy solid gold bracelet decorated with a big ruby that could to the right fence – of course it‘s stolen, who do you take her for? – set Din up for life. The bracelet can store any object of any size indefinitely and recall it with a thought. Items of interest currently stored in the bracelet include several full sets of thief‘s tools, lots of rope, weapons, tents, food, water and anything she‘s ever spotted and thought might be of use later.
Roc‘s Cape - A white and blue hooded cloak that lets Din fly, glide, jump incredibly high and make herself weightless.
ABILITIES,Hold Your Color - Din is able to control the color of her eyes, hair and skin. Furthermore she is able to make patterns on her skin like tattoos yet infinitely more detailed if she wants. Can be applied other people, but requires their permission. Magic is weird like that. Can be used to completely disguise Din, as well as act as general camouflage.
RACIAL ABILITIES,
Life of War: Level 1 - Two handed weapons can be effortlessly wielded in one hand.
Level 2 - The gerudo is unfazed by any environment, whether it be sweltering heat, frigid ice, or the depths of the ocean... provided they have a way to breath.
Spirit and Technique, Flawless and Firm: Level 1 - Once every 2 posts, a gerudo can zero in on an enemy, catching up to them in an instant. Useful for ranged opponents or fleeing opponents.
Level 2 - Due to their strong resistance, a gerudo to parry and block magical attacks with their bare hands. They still take damage, but it is reduced from what it would normally be.
HISTORY,
Din was named after the goddess, Din. Her mother held to what she believed were the core ideals of the Gerudo people, and raised Din to do the same. First, you must be stronger than all. Second, if they are weaker than you, you must take from them everything. The Gerudo were the chosen people of the Sand Goddess, and all other races in the world were made to provide challenge, sport, wealth and pleasure.
With time, Din‘s name has become rather telling. She values power, and the image of power. Her first and greatest outlet for this became theft and burglary. First the tribal raids on traders, then she moved on to pickpocketing and cat burglary, leaving the desert in order to travel among the lesser races, flying so high above them all as she invades their most private sanctuaries and takes their most prized possessions.
In the mean time, Din has also come across a certain kind of passion for a certain kind of art. Tattooing. She‘s become extremely good at it. It lets her take peoples‘ clothes off and touch them in private. What‘s not to love?
EXTRAS,
Gemmed Bracelet takes up no magic slots. I‘ve got permission for this. It has absolutely no practical use in combat, puzzles or quests.
