Event?

Okay, so Turtle, Enzair, and myself were chattin' it up in the Cbox and we formulated an event. What if, to essentially celebrate the site opening, we had a festival to thank the Goddesses? IC it would last four days: One for each Goddess, and one final night of partying to top it off. OOC of course, it would be much longer, possibly a month or so. One would just have to simply post a thread in the designated festival area and pick which day they wanted it to take place on.

Each day that was designated for a Goddess would have games and shows set up in Castle Town/Hyrule field that were specific to each goddess. (Tests of strength/wisdom/courage and whatnot) Enzair started the idea, and Turtle and I just sort of started having fun with it. But, you know, it's only a suggestion <3

On the Days for the Goddesses, there would be tests for each one.

Test of Power- Possibly a quick series of hand to hand combat or moving something heavy to a location.

Test of Wisdom- Possibly some sort of History quiz or a group of mental challenges.

Test of Courage- Some sort of mental strength challenge.

A HAUNTED HOUSE WOULD BE PERFECT FOR THE TEST OF COURAGE

It would lol. But it would have to really be haunted lol.

But yeah, there would be drinks, food, dancing, tents out into Hyrule Field, all races welcomed as long as nothing bad happens.

Really I was thinking of a fest for the Gerudo to do with the Goddess Din. We have the fighting tournament in the desert like we plan form the other site and maybe some Gerudo girls doing some belly dancing XD

Well all Races would be welcomed to the event. So the Gerudo could be the ones who do most of the events for Din's Day.

For Power there could be wrestling matches, the good ol' bell ringing test of strength, you name it. The fact of the matter is that the possibilities are nearly endless.

I like this idea. I really do~

However, there are a few drawbacks to actually launching this idea~ The biggie being that we don't have much time left of this month to have the event run on. Given that we don't even have two weeks left in November, not only would it be a short event, but also many members would possibly be left out of it. ._.

Don't fret, mates! We have events in line~ :3

Don't let that stop you from throwing out ideas though. I like to hear what kind of things the community would be interested in doing. ^_^

well the never said this month, a month time is 30 days. but considering all the real world events going on within those 30 days i think it may last a bit longer than that.

considering Hylians and Oocca are considered closest to the goddess's I am going to "Guess" that they will be partaking in most of the events, probably a competetion between them to see who is the superior one XD i dunno just an idea.

I'm going to talk with Seyna on this when I get the chance. We might be able to do something concerning the three Goddesses festival, though I don't think it'd focus on giving thanks.

... I just realized how Thanks-Giving oriented it sounds. The main idea was just to have some type of Goddess festival xD Yeah, given how this month is almost over it would be pretty unreasonable, it could be any time really. Who knows when those crazy Hyrule folk hold their celebrations
