Elean Nova, a silent one. And deadly at that. She may be a monster but she looks human, only because it gives her some advantage.
Elean is an extremist; she believes that monsters are the superior race, more specifically her kin of monster the superior race. She is dragon, at least a rare breed of dragon.
Never get her started on about race superiority she rant on about how great her kin is, about how superior she is. If not that, she will cut your tongue out especially to one who would say fowl things about her rare kin. However if it is about how her kin burned cities to the grown in ancient times she will hold that proud and give a rather rude and self-righteous response.
However, Elean nova prefers to be called “Black Hawk” or just “Hawk”. She is a logical, wise, and mature woman, especially for one of her age. She often hangs out around the city in the sky with the Oocca only because they have intelligent equal to hers.
She is a silent woman for she does not believe any race, aside from the advanced Oocca, are worthy to be spoken to by her. Sometimes she would for she is mortal she does get bored and lonely.
She does not take kindly to perverted men who try to look up her gown, if she catches them trying to see what they wanted of which they will not get due to her cloths she will pry their eyes out and feed it to them. She wears such cloths (as shown in picture) because it is her ancient culture of which she holds proudly and embraces and she is not afraid to show the darker parts of her culture.
Elean does not support other monsters she does not consider herself under the category of monsters, and dubs herself queen of dragons.

Her eyes are deep purple with strokes of red lined in them closest to her pupils the pupils are dragon like, one could compare it to a cats but they always remain a slit no matter what the lighting is. She is capable of seeing in the darkest of nights and places. For she can change her vision from the deep vibrant colors a dragon sees to a sensitive thermal vision.
She stands 16 feet at the shoulder
She is 25 ft long from chest to tail
Her wingspan is 50 ft from tip to tip of which allows her to fly at high speeds but also makes her a bigger target when in the sky. Her wing membrane is a dark purple.
Her horns are jet black, they are 4ft long and smooth. Her white teeth are scaled to look natural but razor sharp and meant for chopping and tearing flesh. Her tongue is a dark purple and long, it is not forked, as one would expect because her tongue is not forked it allows her to drink more efficiently. Her gums are however a very dark red with a shade of black in there.
Her skin is jet black, from head to tail. Under her jaw, to her throat, down her neck chest, belly, groin, and under-tail are all a dark purple. She has socks on her hands, wrists to her elbow and feet, ankles, and to her knees are also dark purple. The tip of her tail does not have a spade or anything on it, just leads to a dull tip, like a lizards.
As a dragon she obviously does not wear cloths but she does have armor for a dragon and a dragon saddle of which she would never use for she thinks it is humiliating, but she will use it only to her best friend she considers family.

Elean wears all black garments, aside from the fur sleeve she wears on her arm from her elbow to her wrist. She wears full hand gloves, under her elegant black gown is a weaved material. It is not cloth but a cloth like armor, this cloth is made from materials found in her native land overseas far, far away from Hyrule, the cloth can withstand any projectile, stop slashing and stabbing from blades. However, anything fire based will burn it like any cloth but it will take longer to burn which gives her time to take it off before being burnt.
Her gown hangs down to her ankles but it is not a full dress, it is more like a long sheet with a hole for a head but an elegant sheet at that. It connects at the waist where under that she has a long skirt, each side of her gown from the waist down exposes her legs. Under that, she wears a short armor skirt. (Look at picture I can’t explain it very well)
However under her gown and armor vest is a long sleeved shirt this torso peace is a single piece it gives her the impression she is wearing gloves but it is not it is part of her shirt. It covers around her private area like a swimming suit but it is not it is much too thin and lightweight to be a swimming suit, under that she does wear the proper woman clothing.
She wears these cloths only because it is part of her culture and she embraces it, occasionally plucking out men’s eyes who try to wonder up her dress to where they do not belong not that they would see what they wanted, but nonetheless she does not take kindly to such perverted men.
Her hair is long and black her teeth perfectly straight and pearly white, her K9’s look more dragon than human so they are longer and sharper but not by much but enough to not be natural for human or Hylian. Her eyes are deep purple with strokes of red lined in them closest to her pupils. Her pupils are not human or Hylian for that matter they are slits like a cats but they are that of a dragon, it may be a dead giveaway but she does not care if her human appearance is not perfect just as long as she has no wings or tail.
Upon her head, she wears a crown, an ancient crown that surprisingly looks brand new, monsters may already have their king but Elean does not support other monsters she does not consider herself under the category of monsters, and dubs herself queen of dragons. This crown on each side has a set of three pairs of feathered wings, in the top are a series of feathers laid down and back, on the center front is a crest, with a red jewel in the center of it. This is the crest of her family her house. Before it had a different, more enlightened crest of the previous dragon lord centuries ago. On each side of this crown is a pair of horns, ivory horns. Really, those horns are he natural horns just the crown makes her horns seem as though they were part of the crown, which is good it throws people off. (See picture for details)

Dragull: a blade made from the horn of a dragon the horn may be bone but it is as strong as metal but as light as a birds bone yet solid. The blade is designed so that when stabbed into a foe they will bleed out even if the blade was still in them.

Ether: A katana with an emerald green blade and handle guard. With a red laced handle. The Katana is an ancient weapon made and wielded by her kin, it is made of dragon horn, It is as strong as metal yet it does not chip, dent or even break.

Fire: Fire does what fire does, burns at high temperatures. However, she can only use this as a dragon. It is a blistering hot stream of fire she can maintain for some time. Everyone knows what fire does, burns and so it can linger obviously.

HISTORY,
Elean was born in the mountains in a secluded corner of Hyrule, her clan separated themselves from the monster civilization and started their own… Suiran Dragons.
However, one faithful morning the mountain upon which they lived in violently erupted, a huge massive explosion, the mountain that once stood 5 miles tall was nothing more than a 300 foot tall pile of rubble, such an explosion would pulverize all in range, but luckily Elean was far away during that morning with her mother the current ruler of their civilization. Stricken with grief at the loss of their entire family and all her friends, Elean and her mother left the land they once loved so much of which now turned into a wasteland. A yearlong journey, they came upon a new shore, a new world to live in to hopefully start again or die out for the males of her kind were all but gone.
Elean and her mother found a new mountain to make home. Years later upon Eleans 20th birthday, her mother fell ill to some kind of disease from this new land and sadly passed away. the mountain upon they lived in became her mother’s burial.
Elean knew she was next in line, but she also knew in this land her kin was considered a monster and there was already a ruler in this land governing monsters. However, Elean never considered herself a monster of these lands, she still called herself what her kin was “Surian Dragons”.
She took her mother’s crown of which was now hers and now called herself ruler of Surian dragons. She takes orders from no other leader, she disregards the monster leader, she despises him, she will never listen to him no matter his what he threatens of, she is not of this land she comes from a different society, different civilization, different set of rules and laws.
In simple terms, she does not follow the monster king no matter what he does.
