(OOC: OPEN TO FOUR PEOPLE.)So good to be back!
Honestly, he much preferred the Light Realm. Plus he was just glad to no longer be impersonating the Twilight King. He was back in what could be considered his natural form, the dark form of the Hero of Time. Though with what he had planned, he was going to have to shift forms once again, much to his dismay, he really just wanted to stick to one thing tonight. Though, on the bright side the form he would have to take was at least one that he actually enjoyed being in! Unlike the Twilight King, which he had quickly grown to dislike.
He was right outside Link's home in the dead of night, but that wasn't where his business was. Rather, his business was in the village of Ordon itself. However, to do this, he couldn't take his natural form. In the darkness of the night, most people would just confuse him for the ranch hand. He couldn't have that, now could he? So his form shifted once again from the handsome dark elf into something else. His new form, once it was complete, just spoke volumes of malevolence. Black, crude looking armor, with a dark helmet obstructing his face, only a visor to see through. Black fog began to radiate from his entire being, obscuring the details of his armor. His new form could effectively be called a true black knight. It was a form that would definitely draw people's attention.
The shade made his way through the village of Ordon, making sure to steal two coils of rope along the way. Honestly, it wasn't that hard, what with being a village of farmers and ranchers. Most people just left rope lying around. He had what he needed, it was time to go to the destination of his travels, the place where he knew that he could get the young hero far more involved with the fun he was having. Honestly, that was why he was doing this. The only reason he didn't outright attack Link himself was because if he was anything like his predecessor, then Link just would not care if he was the one being attacked. But if the target was something that was close to him, had sentimental value, well that was another story.
Namely, he was hoping to send Ordon into chaos in order to get the hero moving, get the ball rolling.
The black knight made his way to the ranch. It was deserted, as expected. The goats were locked up, the fences were resting against the barn walls, and no one was there. This would work just fine then. Dark Link walked towards the barn, and upon seeing that the doors were locked, casually shrugged. It didn't stop him one bit. Rather, he took a few more steps and simply phased right through the door. A few seconds later, he came back out, the ropes were gone, nothing else remained in his armored hands. With that out of the way, he made his way back to the middle of the field, ready to call upon any challengers nearby.
The goats were already a little skittish after the black knight phased right into the door, but what he was about to do would send them over the edge. Raising his gaze to the sky, Dark Link let out one piercing howl into the darkness of the night. Panic took hold of the goats as a commotion could be heard inside the barns, the goats themselves groaning in fear. The commotion would easily draw anyone nearby. His challenge would be answered, he was sure of it. Even if the hero himself didn't show up, there would be no doubt he would learn about the incident. It didn't matter whether he showed up or not, he just needed to give him that little push~ [/blockquote][/size]

Having been in Ordan Ranch doing favor for one of the Ranchers, Ryan was ready to head to bed when a cow-like howl rocked the evening air. His first thought was that some type of demon had infected the local livestock and caused it to run amok. However he quickly dismissed this idea as foolish until proven otherwise.
Shaking his head at the prospect of losing sleep, he secured his weaponry and armor before heading out. He decided to take the stealth approach for now, to try and see just what was going on before engaging in battle. Sneaking around a few houses, he came upon the sight of a black-armored warrior. Pausing for a moment, he came to the conclusion that the man was an likely an enemy of some kind based on the fact that he practically radiated EVIL!, and that he was apparently looking for a fight of some kind. Why else would he shout a howl in to the night and then stand there decked in full armor? Unless he was insane or something of course.
Still behind cover, Ryan nocked an arrow in the bow and aimed it around the wall. Of course, he couldn't see anything at the moment, which is why he activated The Eye of Naz's Farsight ability, allowing him to see around the corner. Aiming carefully at the Black Knight's center of mass, he let an arrow fly. "Krii" was the only word he whispered under his breath.
SUMMERY Using his Farsight ability, he looked and shot an arrow around a corner without actually exposing himself to the line of sight. Used Word of Power: Krii, to double the damage of the arrow for the attack.

So I guess the Minish leader and I have more in common than I thought. How exciting.
Titania was returning from the Minish forest, trying to make contact with the Minish leader, who apparently was not home. The route through Ordon village made the most sense. In the evening most tasks would be finished and her favorite little critters would be out.
Then it happened.
The howl radiating evil burned through Titania's ears. Even in the village Titania felt like it was right behind her. Quickly she turned around and headed straight for the Ranch, the source. She entered her ballform so that she could examine closer. Flying toward the ranch, she eventually saw what appeared to be the source of the howl.
It would be a evil...black...shape wouldn't it? she thought to herself, wondering how best to approach. Luckily, she could still cast in ballform, and being what appeared to be a personification of evil her holy magic may be considerably more effective. And there was only one way to find out. From the small pink ball of light a white beam of energy shot out and headed straight for the black knight.

To Clow, the day seemed to be coming to its close. He had spent it for the most part, to explore town. Truthfully he didn’t really get all that much done. But when your life span is so very long, there’s really no need to rush much of anything. And with no desire to throw hard earned Rupees at someone in town, it was a comfort just to lye against a tree, and relax. But this was for naught. Just as Clow was starting to drift, a loud, nearby howl pierced the sky.
The Kokiri’s ears twitched and a shiver ran down his spine. “That wasn’t from any animal.” He muttered, with a slight sigh. He honestly wasn’t positive he wanted to get involved with whatever made that sound. Part of him was saying it was far more trouble than it was worth. But that little inner voice was quickly squashed. There are simply some things one cannot deny oneself of. For Clow, thing such as curiosity, and a sense of adventure happened to fall in that category.
Gathering his articles together, prepping for the worse. No cloak to weigh him down, Claws worn and prepped, but still hidden under his baggy sleeves, slingshot and bomb flower seeds firmly attached to his belt, potions at the ready, along with supplies to make more if need be. A freakish howl in the middle of the night had Clow prepping for the worst. He tided his long hair into a ponytail with his bandana and nodded in determination, dashing through the forest brush.
Moving gracefully among the familiar forest surroundings, he began to encroach upon his target, peaking through the trees and into the field. It wasn’t hard to identify what had let out the howl. In fact Clow thought the creature was being overly obvious, he was, after all leaking darkness. As much as he felt the urge to just rush in and smack him claw first in the face, he would stay hidden for now. Though he found this opponent silly, he could tell this wasn’t a fight he could go in head first. There was some certainly something… large behind all of this, he was almost positive.

Nikita was also entering the ranch from the Minish Forest, although she took a slightly different route; bouncing from tree limb to tree limb without making a sound, then from the trees to the fence and from the fence to the ground. A howl pierced her ears, and she blinked; when she opened them again, her eyes were bright red.
The shape against the wall was a multitude of colors, so difficult to pinpoint that she didn't even try; she doubted it would matter anyway. She noted the muscles in the shape, its hands and what they held; finally, when it muttered that one word, she gathered with some satisfaction that it was a man, possibly some kind of ranger.
Nikita tracked the beam to its source, which was a ball of light. A fairy? Her eyesight was keen, but even she couldn't pick out details from such a distance.
She wondered what it was they were attacking.
Using her delightful powers of common sense, she walked around the man against the wall and stood in the doorway, making sure to stay away from the beam of light. Her head tilted to the side, and she pulled her glasses from her face; the fake lens would only serve to distract her.
Black. It looked metallic, so she assumed it was armor; it covered the shape's whole body, which radiated some kind of smoky substance. She saw a flash of red a few feet up, but other than that, it was all black... and then there were the underlying colors, the main of which was an odd lavender which exuded anticipation.
She couldn't tell if the thing was good or evil. She didn't particularly care; she saw the world in black and white, and as this shape had not attacked her (although she wasn't sure about the ranger-man or the fairy), she saw no need to attack it.
So Nikita just put a hand on her hip and allowed her gaze to flicker over the shape, taking in as many details as she could.

And the challenge was answered in a way he found hilarious. Rather than questioning his motives, or anything like that, two people just decided to attack him. He could however, feel it. There were others here. He didn't know their locations, but they weren't doing anything. That was fine. His goal was to get Link's attention, get him moving. Some witnesses would be able to spread the story, get people to realize what was going on. The shade mentally smirked at this; that meant he didn't have to worry about not killing the two that WERE attacking him.
So he'd start with the first. The arrow would go absolutely nowhere in what its shooter had planned. As the projectile neared the black knight, its journey ended as an armored hand threw itself up, catching the arrow by the shaft between its index and middle finger. The knight didn't even turn to face the projectile, he was able to discern its direction, and argualy the location of the assailant, from the catch alone. But then there was the second assault. The ball of white magic. Twirling the arrow so that he'd hold it much like a dart, he used it to swat at the ball, sending it back to the one who had fired it.
Gotta love the dead man's volley.
But he wasn't finished. Turning to the source of the arrow, he threw it back like a dart. The arrow flew towards its owner, not even minding the trees. In fact, something was happening. The arrow was punching straight through the wood that shielded Ryan, leaving gaping holes as it neared the Human Champion. It was clear that the Champion's armor wouldn't do crap to defend against this, and thus fleeing would be his only option. With the other two not intervening, the Black Knight made a mad dash for the forest in which the Champion was hiding, with every desire to extinguish the pride of the Human Race.
The fight was getting started.

Son of a Bitch! Was the mental exclamation Ryan allowed himself. Not only was the big black thing psychic (having sensed his attack like that), it was also strong AND fast as well. Not bothering to stick around and watch what happened next, Ryan moved to a new hiding place as the Black armored warrior swatted aside the White Magic blast. Hidden behind the trees, Ryan considered a new course of action for himself.
There was clearly a fairy around, Titania, the Queen of Fairies, if he remembered correctly. He hadn't met her personally other than that time at the lake, but he knew her by reputation at least. Hopefully she would be willing to work with him as his healer for the duration of this fight, if not it would likely be over quick.
Note to self: Brush up on some White Magic.
Sighing once more, Ryan knocked an arrow and let it fly as the black thing got to his old position. Taking careful aim and letting it fly, he instantly moved to a new spot once more, unwilling to make the same mistake twice.
SUMMERY Moved to a new spot while Dark Link was swatting aside the White Magic blast. Hoped that Titania would be willing to try and support him with her healing powers. Fired a new arrow, moved to a different spot.

Titania was clear about one thing: this battle would be spent in ballform. Seeing the knight catch an arrow from out of seemingly nowhere and using it to swat her holy magic back at her. In her more agile form, avoiding a ball of white holy magic was not difficult, but the surprise caught her off guard and seared her wing. Not particularly painful, but discomforting. However, the arrow meant another was around. She darted into cover until a second arrow emerged and allowed her to closely discern the location of the archer. Darting around trees and shrubs, she met up with Ryan, human champion. Very interesting.
"Champion, good to know it's you. My magic wasn't quite what I'd hoped, but I still have the natural affinity of my people. I'll cover you." She noticed he wasn't injured badly. Her magic was to be saved for something more drastic. It was powerful healing magic, and so could not be thrown about willy-nilly.
Summary: Met up with Ryan, agreed to support.

“Well wasn’t that effective…” Clow muttered sarcastically under his breath, analyzing the target. It was obvious that it possessed some kinda of clairvoyance, or had extremely sharp senses. Either way, as far as Clow could see it, ranged combat and projectiles were going to be troublesome, no matter what way they executed. ‘Not sure if I should feel blessed or cursed that I fight in close quarters.’ He thought, biting his thumb a little.
He knew he wasn’t alone, so perhaps this wouldn’t be all a suicide run. But he could tell that this armored figure wasn’t normal, not just some moron of the street trying to test his skills. Of course, if this was some sort of old being, perhaps he had some sort of valuable magic artifact on him. The thought of this cause the boy to perk up again. While he was happy to defend his fellow man and all that, appealing to his own greed and sense of adventure was an effective motivator.
‘As much as it worries me… I need more information, someone has to fight this guy close up, and it’s the best way for me to learn… I hope my skills will compensate for my body…. Let’s just see how psychic you are…’ He nodded to himself, the Kokiri then rushing from out of the brush. His small shoeless feet weren’t making much noise, but he knew very well that he couldn’t count upon his stealth. Still he hoped he could count on various elements of surprise. He had his hidden claws to start, among other unsuspecting tricks, and with any luck the shadowy figure would underestimate what appeared to be a small child rushing him. As Clow made his approach, everyone else now hidden, he leapt into the air from behind, his arm raised, ready to come down upon the figures head with the mightiest punch he could muster. With any luck the figure wouldn’t know about his true weapons, even a block may be met with some damage. Tired of the silence, after the point of no return was reached, Clow let out a yell. “Hey tall, evil, and ancient, who the hell are you?” With any luck he wouldn’t get an answer, but any information he received from this assault would hopefully make it worth it. As long as he wasn’t killed that is.
Summary: Clow has left his hiding spot, making his approach on Dark Link, he jumped int the air from behind, as to get a shot at his head, and is about to bring his clawed fist down upon him.

As far as the assassin could tell, this small group of would-be heroes had attacked the dark figure without cause. This she did not approve of. She might not have been able to tell the difference between good and evil, but she knew what made logical sense and what did not; attacking something without cause did not make logical sense.
Thus, she would ally herself with the dark figure.
Crimson eyes scanning the field, Nikita pulled her thick-bladed katana from its sheath on her hip, and abruptly she noticed a shape descending towards the figure's head. The flex of muscle, the clench of a fist -- a punch, she assumed.
The assassin quickly broke into a sprint towards the dark figure, leaping into the air not a yard away; in midair, she swung her sword around so that the flat of the blade was pressed against her shoulder, and the small shape's punch connected with the metal.
The force knocked her back down to the ground, where she landed lightly on her toes. She felt no pain; that would be utterly ridiculous. No, Nikita just stood there next to the dark figure, her stance and the way she held her blade making it perfectly clear that she had allied herself with the dark knight.
ooc: OHO BET Y'ALL NEVER SAW THAT COMING Nikita decided to ally herself with Dark Link. Blocked Clow's punch with Kanra, now standing next to Dark Link.

As the arrow came flying at the knight, once again, it reached out and caught the arrow midflight. If it didn't work when one had the element of surprise, why in the world would it work when the thing knew you were there and was actively coming for you. The best course of action would either be a bomb arrow, or to just say screw it and try your luck head on. Even then, there was no guarantee that either of those would work. One really had to figure out what they were going to do when fighting a foe like this. It probably didn't help that his fairy companion wasn't doing anything.
However, Dark Link was alerted to the presence of the other attacking by his shouting. The shade twirled the arrow once again, aiming to throw it like a dart at the airborne attacker, to puncture a hole in their chest. But, before that could happen, the other one hidden rushed in and... defended against the attack. Dark Link was genuinely surprised. He had never expected someone to actually try and help him. But hey, more power to them, he figured. He broke the arrow like a twig in his grasp, and turned back to the previous attackers.
Glancing at a tree that he had thrown an arrow through earlier, he rushed towards it. His arms flashed for but a moment before rushing over. Immediately, two loud crashes were heard as the entire forest shook. Twice his fists collided against the wounded bark, cracking what remained. With those two blows, the tree began to fall. With just two punches, he had brought down an entire tree.
Running over to the tree, the black knight grasped it before it fell, and ripped it off the trunk. With a mighty roar, he threw it towards the Human Champion and the Fairy Queen in a horizontal manner. The tree bowled through the forest, aiming to run his foes over.

Well crap, apparently one of the people whom had joined this little party was siding with the Black Knight. To say that Ryan was vexed at this development was a bit of an understatement, he was downright frustrated really. Well, at least they had the advantage of numbers, right? Granted the black armored fighter was stupidly powerful, so it was more a matter of power against numbers.
Once more his arrows failed him, and he was tempted to try one last time just for the sake of "third times the charm", but he never got the chance. Apparently the Black Knight was absurdly strong, capable of lifting an entire tree right off the ground and tossing it like a sack of wet rags. Typically this would scare the crap out of most people, but Ryan had an advantage of his own. Moving to the left so that both the thrown three and the Black Knight were in his line of fire, Ryan took a deep breath, inhaling as much as he could before shouting at the top of his lungs "FUS RO DAH!"
A massive explosion of force and sound and motion was expelled from Ryan's lungs, smashing in to the thrown tree and sending it flying back towards the Black Knight. The effect didn't stop there however, as the shockwave continued onward to slam in to the Black Knight himself, also sending him flying.
SUMMERY FUS RO DAH'ed the tree, sending it back at Dark Link, also catching him in the shockwave.

Deciding to play more of a support role, Titania knew there wasn't much she could do. She separated from Ryan, knowing she still had one method of disruption. Focusing instead on the strange little girl who had decided to ally herself with this man, she decided to bother her by sending out bees at her from a bush. It wasn't much, but every little bit helps. Hiding in a bush while in ballform, giving herself a level of cover that would help against normal eyes, but not against a tree.
OOC: Summoned swarm at Nikita, hiding in a bush. Sorry for short post, but arm pain.

Clow went wide-eyed, not only had his attack been halted, but not even by the target, that was most troubling. Any information would have been helpful on this most enigmatic foe. His clawed gauntlets made a slight clink against the blade, but nothing inherently obvious. He just may have hinted his hidden weapons to the girl, but it he relatively sure the knight knew nothing of him for the time being. “Oh for love of Farore, who are you? A minion? I’m just trying to deal with the spooky armored man causing trouble.” He griped a bit, already taking a defensive stance, more than prepared to do combat with the admitabbly somewhat fighting looking young female.
Quite fortunate for him, the knight had already moved on to other “targets” Of course a glance alerted him that the villain of this little tale was also superhumanly powerful. Fantastic. The Kokiri boy was ready to give it his all against Nikita, against this mysterious girl. When he noticed the swarm heading thier way. That seemed like the perfect distraction to help brush the issue aside for a bit.
Leaping into the air rather nimbly, he took the stance of another attack. But rather then following through with the upper physical assault, he called upon the abilities given to him as a Kokiri born. Hoping for the girl to be distracted by the swarm, and his false attack, he summon vines to ensnare her, as long as they could grab hold they would both keep her still and wound her for some time, Clow being quite skilled in this technique. He would hang back for just a while to make sure she was held, as long as everything went according to plan he would join the others in dealing with the shadowy figure.
Summary: faked a physical attack, and worked with Titania’s swarm as a distraction to attempt Clow’s level four Vines technique in binding Nikita.

(OOC: Apologies for the delay. Finals are a bitch. Also Toast/Nikita has been skipped once.)
Dark Link could tell another had decided to jump him out of the woodwork. Truth be told, he was just about to turn and punch a whole in the Kokiri's chest, but someone, an ally, it seemed, intervened just before he could land the blow. He held up his hand, and curled his index finger and his thumb, giving her the everclassic "ok" sign. With that, he turned to face the others.
Only to be completely blown back, sent flying along with a log. He went flying towards a tree. However, in a moment of sheer skill that seemed beyond the normal bounds of a mortal, he twisted his body so that his feet hit the strong wood of the tree, his knees bending to accommodate the sudden amount of pressure. However, that wasn't the only result. Due to the force of the shout, for a very brief moment, the fog was dispelled. Although people wouldn't see the result, due to a certain someone deciding that flinging a tree back was a good idea, said tree was blocking their view of the Black Knight. But, what they couldn't see, was that for a brief moment, when the fog was dispelled, the Black Knight's arms glowed gold for but a moment.
However, as the tree came flying towards the knight, he held out his hands, as the wood slammed into his palms, bending them towards the shade's head, shaking as they fought with all their might to stop the tree with had momentum to boot now. It was successful as it stopped, and with nothing pinnng Dark Link to the tree he stood on, he dropped to the ground, still holding the tree.
With that out of the way, he figured he'd retaliate. So he looked at the human champion, and threw it back. This time though, there would be no escape as the tree bowled over the champion, crushing his ribs. Fortunately, because there was a fairy in the vicinity, he could be healed back to full health. But it would likely take the healer's strongest white magic.
During this time though, because of her inactivity, Nikita soon felt the thorny vines wrap around her form as the swarm started... swarming around her in a swarmy fashion. Dark Link figured that losing an ally would be pretty bad, so he figured he'd intervene. Rushing over to the kokiri, he pulled back his leg, and with all his might, aimed it at the child of the forest.
He was trying to punt a kokiri.
