personality, Where to start with Madame Celeste Ambrose... For one, she will ask that you always add Madame to her name. Madame Celeste, Madame Ambrose, it doesn't matter! Manners are everything to her. She is formal and professional when dealing with customers, which is the usual social life for her. She doesn't go out much, except at night gather ingredients. Even then, she tries to hide as much as she can... ehehee!
For the most part, Celeste is sweet and kind. It fits her profession, no? A baker who bakes sweets and things sort of has to fit the role to sell any products. She creates things from fruit tarts, to meat pies, to bread, and just about any other baked and caked good. Celeste takes her job very seriously though, and though she can be sweet as pie, if you try to gyp her or steal her cookies, she will get nasty.
There's also something a little... off about her, but nobody can quite put their finger on it. She can get manic sometimes, and flail her cleaver about without a care as to who is around her... Yep, something is off with her, but as long as her cakes and pies keep being tasty, nobody really says anything to her. Especially since she has the best pies in Hyrule!!
appearance,
"This stain? This dark red, sticky stain? Oh don't worry, that's just some jam filling! heeheehee..."
Her clothes are always caked with... jam. Yes, jam... Don't mind that it's on her face and in her hair too. She gets a little too enthusiastic, after all...
Pink hair is pulled back using a handkerchief (or do-rag. She's gangster, yo). The handkerchief changes every day. Her apron changes every day too, to match the pattern on her kerchief... but no matter how often she changes her aprons, they always seem to be stained with a red, sometimes sticky, sometimes dried, substance. Beneath her apron, she wears simple dresses with moccasins, each ranging in different colors that change every day.
Time has been kind to her body. She is not slender, but well endowed. With her growing older into her early thirties, she's begun to grow some weight on her hips and thighs. These be child-birthing years! Though she has no intention of giving birth to a child unless it can become a main ingredient. Her face is still young and fairly unblemished, except for a few scars from where she accidentally nicked herself with her rusted cleaver. Oh well, what can you do.
weapons, — cleaver
Really now... why does a baker have a cleaver? Well, she needs something to chop up the meat for her pies, doesn't she... eehee! If one takes a close look at it, it's kind of rusted and chipped, though some parts are still very sharp
items, — a necklace made of rib bones
finely crafted out of her... ahem... findings.
abilities, — superhuman strength ( level II )
Her strength is 3 times stronger than the average human being. — superhuman endurance ( level II )
She ceases to feel pain completely. She still flinches, but she cannot feel when someone stabs her.

history, The events of her past are irrelevant. Let's just say she had a normal childhood, and I'll spare you the details, okay? What matter's most is her adult life. The events of her childhood led her to become rather detached from reality. Her well-to-do parents left her with a lot of Rupees, so she invested in her own business. That business skyrocketed into what most Hyruleans consider to be the best bakery EVER! Celeste Ambrose owns one of the most renowned bakeries that Hyrule has ever seen. What makes it so alluring? All of her ingredients are a secret! She works by herself, with nobody to help her, so nobody will ever know her secret recipes...
In the dead of night, Madame Ambrose stalks Hyrule Field, in search of travelers and woebegones, those lost and looking for shelter. Just like the witch in Hansel and Gretel, she'll offer them shelter in a private, hidden shack and fatten them up. Next thing you know, they're a new ingredient for a pie. C'mon, they should have known better than to follow a stranger into the dark woods.
She does sell normal pastries and things too... but only to those she considers to be her "friends" or people she has no intention of turning into a pie~
