APPEARANCE
Standing about roughly 5'8, Weiss isn't what you'd call tall imposing or intimidating. Rather he's quite average. And thats precisely what h counted on in life. His appearance in itself did part of his job for him. He didn't really stand out in a crowd. Unless of course he was trying to. This social camoflague of his allowed him to blend quite easily into crowds, a trait that would have likely landed him a position as a master thief. Which, he was. But not of money.
On the converse side of things, he is in the right light. Quite dashing. Black hair that moves down to almost his shoulders, a strange pair of red eyes from his dual heritige. It gave him the appearance that would likely factor into the " Tall dark and mysterious" persona. His body is slim, and remains thusly even after his unfortunate death. Wearing the black suit he wore on the night of his death seemingly for the rest of eternity. Well, at least fate has fashion sense.
When speaking and talking normally his body is usually always in a relaxed state, this however is not due to any kind of mis-sight on his part. Rather due to extensive training in doing so even under the most stressful of situations. When relaxed the body moves far more freely. Although now that he has no real physical body to speak of this isn't really something that comes up all that often. In battle his movements are always quick and precise. However this is mostly down to the requirements of his attacks and fighting abilities.

Ritual Dagger: A dagger with a curved blade, and the symbol of what appears to be a sun in eclipse.
ITEMS
Pocket Watch: A pocket watch that doesn't work. Stopped on the exact time of death, as you'd expect. Gold chain. Nothing really particularly special about it.
ABILITIES
Forget me Not(6-15-18-7-5-20 13-5 14-15-20)
"And in his eyes did see a bright shining light. But when the door closed, the light was once again barred to him Thrown against the bars. Forgotten. Decieved He crawled into the darkness. And prayed to dream again.
In Silence there is memory. So for no memory he prayed" -Unknown .
In life Weiss wished to be a person who would leave his mark on the book of fate. Who would not be limited to the mortal existance he was born to. In death, he was cursed for his sins, that would ensure that even as a Poe, this would never happen. This curse ( Forget me Not) passively effects everyone around him. No matter who they are, race (with one exception), creed, gender. What it does is simple. Twenty Four hours after having been around him, all traces of him will vanish from your memory.
There are of course as with all things, minor loopholes and exceptions to the rule. The first being that you will only forget IF you fall asleep. The moment that you do, your memory will be erased. The next is that this effect is relatively diluted on those who are already dead. Poes can remember him, but its like fog over their memory. It takes awhile for the details about him to really jig in. Finally anyone who is a direct relative of him. Will remember all encounters with him.
Whilst this curse is at times quite useful. It is also utterly infuriating for him. If he does some henious act. Most people wont remember he did it the next day. However if he is trying to pry open the lips of someone who knows secrets. He will have to do it within a day, otherwise the trust he built up will vanihs like dust in the wind over night.
Grimoire Of the Great Journey(7-18-9-13-15-9-18-5 15-6 20-8-5 7-18-5-1-20 10-15-21-18-14-5-25)
" In the dark and silence he prayed. Bleeding nails and broken bones were his altar His tears, an ever flowing sacrament Till a voice in the abyss broke of the dark
" Go forth", said the voice. And before its command the darkness split. There was light once more, but it was not joyous For in silence he lived. In dark he lived.
Memory gone. He had forgotten how to live in the light" -Unknown
The Grimoire of the Great Journey is the last big thing that Weiss ever achieved in his lifetime. After seducing a wealthy member of the Hylian nobility to find its location. Weiss obtained this book. After months of research, he finally cracked the code to translating it. On the surface. It was a book of spells. But things often lay deeper than that. The numbers tell a story. 6-1-12-19-5 16-18-15-16-8-5-20 2-12-1-3-11 20-8-9-18-20-5-5-14 5-24-15-4-21-19 20-8-5 2-5-1-19-20 Level 1: Black Ritual The book allows Weiss to perform ritual spells to powerful effect. Each turn that passes Weiss will generate a " Ritual Point" that can be used in conjunction with the book to unleash a variety of effects. As the books power increases (via leveling) the number of rituals availible to him too increases.
Fang of the Beast Numerous black spears form and seek to impale the opponent. Weiss can also use these spears as a melee weapon of his own. Required RP::1
RACIAL ABILITIES,
Level 1 - The Poe can access an ethereal form. Level 2 - The Poe can fire off a minor Energy Blast with a two post cooldown Level 1 - The Poe can recover a minor amount of health with a six post cooldown. Level 1 - The Poe can turn invisible for one post with a six post cooldown.
HISTORY
In life, Weiss was the disgraced bastard son of a rich Hylian noblewoman. She had been involved in an affair with someone who had turned out to be a Twilii and ultimately the offspring of such a union was Weiss. Her husband, his step-father never looked kindly upon him. A constant reminder of his wives betrayal. But at the same time he could not quite throw the boy out, least the scandle become public knowledge and their name be disgraced. As of such he was raised, albiet with different kinds of attention than his siblings. After getting quite fed up of the treatment by his parents, he began to mix with the wrong kinds of people. Namely the peasants. And then following that. Dark worshippers. Hell of a jump right?
His twili side had always been attracted to the darker nature of things, and yet even this was not enough to excuse some of the things that the dark worshipers did. At first they horrified him, but after taking part in a few interesting meetings (orgies) his mind was quickly adapted to the whole human sacrifice thing.
Being in his position, the Dark Worshippers took advantage of him, and decided to train him to be their agent within higher society. From the age of sixteen he was trained in deception, intellgence gathering, and of course. Assassination. After years of working with the shadowy group, he determined that the best course of action and what the dark would probably want more. Was a greater show of loyalty to it. So he turned on the dark worshippers. Sacrificing each and every one of them using the skills that they had taught him. He prayed to the dark, offering up his sacrifice and the negative power of his betrayal to it.
And something must have been pleased.
In a dream, he saw a book at the end of a dusty road. When he moved to take it. The road fell into a chasm. Deep and dark. And the book fell with it. A feeling overcame him. A wanting to jump down after it. Upon awakenin he determined it was a vision by the dark. And used the memories of the dream to try and track down any information concerning the book. One day, his gathering of intel struck gold. A book of the same kind and description. And strangely enough. His mother owned it. Thinking it would just be a case of walk in and leave with the book. He went ahead with that plan and ended up running for his life.
As it turns out his family didn't take too kindly to a murdering, dark worshipping bastarding son. And after successfully stealing the book he was chased out of town by a bunch of oblivion guar- er wardens. Who in an ironic turn of events. Forced him to a confrontation at the edge of a cliff. Resulting in his impending impalement. And spartan kicking off the edge. Dream come true!
Post Death:
Course, he didn't actually stay dead or this would be a very dull story. Once again awakening next to his battered and broken body. He found himself in still possession of the book, and after quickly getting over his own death. Retreated to the depths of the dark to uncover the secrets of the Grimoire.

As the Twili have, up until a little bit ago, been banished to the Twilight Realm, having one for a parent for a hybrid is impossible.
