Leaders and Lieutenants

Leaders and Lieutenants are those that dictate the outcome of many political events, ruling over their races with either a benevolent heart or an iron fist. It is up to them whether war is declare or peace is maintained. They are valued people with the ability to alter entire races. Many of them are exceptionally powerful people within their own right, able to give even a professionally trained soldier a fight.

There are however, requirements for becoming a leader.

1: 100 Posts Minimum for a Leader/50 Posts for a Lieutenant. Posts do not have to be on that specific character, in case you want to start fresh.
2: Must be the race they're governing. No hybrids save the hybrid leaders.
3: You have to stay active. You're removed from the listing if you're gone for two weeks with no warning.

As mentioned before, most leaders are stronger than their average fighter, so they, along with lieutenants, get perks. Leaders get an extra magic slot, with an upgrade applied, so a free level 2 slot. Lieutenants get a free level 1 slot.

Just remember~ Only one leader or lieutenant per player. You cannot have more than one.
