Caramon has only the best intentions at heart whenever he does anything, although that will sometimes lead to trouble, since he never thinks things through.
He is dead-set in his ways, never going against his morals, unless faced with no other choice, and is a hopeless romantic who tries his best to show compassion towards others, but still not caring what they think of him.
He doesn’t remember most things very well, but when he’s interested in something, he listens intently and hides what he can’t in his head in his heart, so that he will always be able to remember at least a piece of something, despite the memory being buried deep in his subconscious mind.
He values others’ lives above his own, while still doing his best to stay alive himself.
He weeps for every life that ends prematurely, and blames himself for not being able to have saved them, despite not even knowing most of them.
Those he call his “family” are the only people whom he trusts.
“Brother” and “Sister” are the names he uses for those he trusts the most, while calling them a friend only means that he feels connected to them in some way, while still caring about them.
APPEARANCE,
Caramon is 6’2” tall, 2’ wide at the shoulders, with a muscular build.
He has a chest of crimson stone that is as soft and smooth as skin, as well as large, white feathered wings with red at their tips with a wingspan of up to 12’.
His hair is made up of soft rock fibers that feel just as soft as regular hair, and are a deep crimson.
His blood red hair and his skin being fairly tanned as well causes some, how should I say, "less knowledgeable" people to mistake him for a Gerudo when he is fully clothed.
His eyes are as blue as the sky when the clock strikes twelve, giving them the name of midnight blue.
He prefers to wear light clothing, but when he sets out on adventures, he wears his Crimson Hero armor, which is gold and crimson, with room for his wings to be able to come out of his back without damaging them.
He wears his Frenzied Falcon armor when he is either training, or in the midst of a major battle.
WEAPONS,
Dirge[/blockquote]
A blue and silver gauntlet on his left arm that has a white wingblade incorporated into it's design with a blade that can extend and retract into and out of the gauntlet from any part of it.
Imperium
A sword with a darker than black “handgun” that has a black angel wing attached to the underside of its “barrel” for its handle, with a crimson blade protruding from its top, connected by a gold hand guard that attaches to the base of the gun's handle while covering the wielder's hand, and also helping steady his aim.
This sword is infused with the Magical Amplifier, allowing it to fire energy blasts made up of pure emotion from the "gun’s" barrel while it is held.
Each blast has a unique property that is associated with that emotion.
The blast’s color is based on the emotion, the darker the color of the blast, the more intense the emotion put into it, as well as the more effective the blast is.
Love
Blast color: Purple
Blast Effect:
Life Orbs spring forth from the “gun’s” chamber and heal the wounds of whomever they strikes.
Level 1 L. Orbs heal minor damage.
CD: 2 posts
ITEMS,
Caramon has a large golden “watch” that was left to him by his parents that has a silver insignia like that of a forward facing lion, with a large, crimson orb in its mouth with a glowing blue symbol in its center.
This “watch” turned out to be a Magical Amplifier, which he incorporated into the making of his sword, Imperium, as the power source for it's "emotion bullets".
He has a black, midnight blue, and crimson Guitar that was made for him by an old woodsman that lived in the forest he grew up in.
He has learned to play it “almost as well as the Hero of Time could play his Ocarina”, the old man had said before he passed on.
ABILITIES,
Schizophrenic Psycho (Passive Ability)
After regaining parts of his memories, Zero begins to see images of a man in his dreams with blonde hair, a dingy gold torso, bright red eyes, and black wings ended in a pale blue.
After some time, Zero discovers that this man, Drayke, is in fact the part of him that was hidden deep inside of his mind after he lost his memory, and that he'd been waiting for a chance to break free of his dark prison.
Drayke, even though he may seem rather dark, shares similar morals with Zero, though he's not afraid to cause havoc when he's backed into a corner.
More Zero's "Darker Half" than an actual person, he can is able to take control of what the personae refer to as "The Body", and make his own decisions as long as they neither endanger "The Body" or will end in the death of innocents.
Drayke is able to be awakened by either Zero ingesting a large enough portion of alcohol to get him drunk, which allows Drayke to gain control of "The Body" for a short period of time (1 post) before passing out in a drunken stupor
The other method is when Zero allows him to take control during times of great stress, such control can last as long as Zero allows.
On the other hand, if the two personae pool their powers together (which can only be done on the first post Drayke is allowed control of "The Body", and any time after that, the personalities simply switch places with one another), they become Caramon Drayke Masterson, their true form, who has twice Zero's normal strength, as well as senses above those of a normal human.
His features are a combination of the two personae: his chest now being a burnt orange, his eyes a deep purple, his hair appearing as if on fire due to the blonde highlighting the crimson, and lastly his wings, with the right being red tipped with blue, and his left being black tipped with white.
Sadly, this union can only last a short time (3 posts after the transformation into Drayke), and afterward Drayke must rest from not being able to handle the strain of both of their powers being used together, allowing them to only be able to use this power every once in a great while (7 post CD) for risk of losing their control of "The Body" to the other persona permanently.
Leader Slot: Zero To Hero
Zero was given tattoos along a large degree of his body that change colors based on what persona is in control (Crimson for Zero, Pale Blue for Drayke, and Gold for their combined form), but these tattoos do more than just that, as they also allow all three personalities to be able to tap into their hidden potential.

Perfecting Memory Leader Slot Level I
When Caramon's dormant abilities where unlocked by his tattoos, he learned that he was now able to do anything only once and remember how to do it effortlessly, as well as alter it to his own style, usually surpassing what he'd originally learned.
Wings of Eternity Leader Slot Level II
Caramon is able to tear off his wings and turn them into a pair of blades, yet in doing so, he is unable to fly.
These swords can be broken, but they revert to their true form and disappear, then magically reattach as if the wings were never damaged.
When in public, he wears his wings on his belt in the form of a pair of daggers, so that when he needs them, they're easily accessible.
These daggers can transform into their sword form at the will of their wielder and are able to revert back just the same.[/blockquote]

HISTORY,
Caramon’s family history is full of people going against their parents wishes because of love, and the love of those generations before him finally ended up creating a being of equally mixed blood of four of the Main Races.
Caramon was born to a couple who had been enemies on opposite sides of a war for freedom, who fell in love on the battlefield and left the wars behind to start a family.
After three years of marriage, Caramon Drayke Masterson was born.
Caramon’s father had the muscular build and height of a Goron, but he was tall and lean as well thanks to the larger amount of Human blood flowing through his veins, which is part to do with why Caramon looks very Human despite it not being the dominant trait.
He would always ride on his father’s shoulders when he was younger, since his father was so tall and had large, broad shoulders.
His mother was half Oocca, so she had the strong wings, but her bones where strengthened by her Hylian blood, allowing her to do more strenuous activities than some other Hybrids like her.
She’d fly her son around to see the great heights and to allow her child the right to grow up without having to worry about the wars plaguing Hyrule.
But sadly, that couldn’t be.
One night, a few days after Caramon’s twelfth birthday, some men clad in the armor of the Hylian Knights came to the small village that Caramon’s parents had come to call their home and started burning house after house, laughing all the while.
Caramon’s father went out to put a stop to the madness, but all he got was a blade in his belly.
And his back.
And his leg.
And finally he got shot in the head with an arrow.
Caramon’s mother tried to fend off the guards while her son escaped, but they filled her tiny frame with arrows before she could make it back to her son.
Caramon returned to the ruins of his home to find that a man had buried his friends and was about to bury the corpses of his family.
The man helped him bury his parents and asked him his name, the boy told him his name was Caramon, but since he’d just lost everything, he’d take on a new name: Caramon Zero.
Before following the man into the woods, Caramon said his final farewells to his parents. Unsure of what the future held, he walked into the darkness.
Several years later, Caramon was now old enough to leave the forest and create his own destiny.
He had learned much from the old man, how to wield a sword, how to read, write, and most importantly, how to survive in the wild.
Caramon also learned how to play a guitar the old man’d made for him after finding out that the monkeys in the forest had been stealing their food.
“You play that thing almost as well as the Hero of Time played his Ocarina” is what the old man would say from time to time, even though the boy never understood a word of it.
Whenever he heard Caramon playing away on the nights when the moon was full and bright, or when it was dark and hidden, he knew that the boy was thinking of his parents.
The old man taught him all he could, but Caramon thought they’d always be together forever.
The night before Caramon was supposed to leave, there was a bad storm that caught the house on fire.
His old mentor saved his life by sacrificing himself.
Wrought with grief, Caramon buried his mentor and left nothing in his path the way he found it as he ploughed through the forest until he reached the fields of Hyrule, there he found large numbers of men around a gigantic fire as the threw people into the flames one by one, the screams echoing in Caramon’s mind even to this day.
Caramon went down to the camp, and went berserk, killing anyone who got in his way.
Most got away, but quite a few of them weren’t so lucky.
After looking upon the bodies of those he’d slain, he heard a sound coming from one of the tents and went to investigate.
Inside he found some people just like him who’d been driven from their homes and forced to die.
In this group of misfits, he met his fiancé for the first time, though at the time he didn’t know it.
He led the small group of people deep into the woods where he knew they’d be safe, but he couldn’t stay with them, he had more important things to do than worry about other people, he had to find the one behind the attack that cost him everything.
As he was leaving, a young girl around his age came over to him and thanked him for saving them; this is also where he got his title: The Crimson Hero.
Caramon just left her standing there without saying a word.
He wandered Hyrule for a time, but finally ended up taking a ship across the waters to follow a lead on the whereabouts of the one who’d taken his parents from him, but before his voyage even began, the ship he was on was captured by Pirates and taken to Pirate Bay, the only reason her survived was by hiding in the ropes on the side of the ship.
After arriving at its new destination, Caramon got off the ship and walked around, explored this strange new place with curiosity and wonder.
He was mistaken for a newbie and taken to the center of the Keep to await orders form the King.
While he waited he tried to think of ways to get off of this island and go back to his search for his parents’ murderer.
Not long after thinking this, he was called to see the King to be assigned to a ship as a crew member.
To his surprise, the King of the Pirates was just a young man the same age as him.
Caramon was angry at the Pirates for interrupting his mission and wasn’t quiet about it either, but for reasons unknown to him, the King didn’t have him killed, and instead he had him become a part of the new crew aboard the ship he’d just acquired.
After he left the throne room, Caramon met someone he’d never thought he’d see again: the girl from the camp.
She dragged him to the docks, and started talking to him about how she’d come to be here after he saved her, and he understood what she’d went through.
After talking awhile, he got to know this girl a little better, and the next day, she showed up at the same place, as if she were waiting for him.
This place ended up becoming their meeting spot from then on, whether Caramon liked it or not.
Unknowingly, Caramon had made his first true friend, since, some short time after returning from sea, he had learned how to open up his once cold heart from this special person.
After a short time, Caramon had to leave to be with the crew, and she had to go with her own, but she promised they’d meet again soon, and after a such a long time of being apart, she still kept her promise.
The more time he spent with her, the more and more fond of her, and the less and less cold he became, leading him to make something for her out of things he’d found on his voyages to show how much he cared for her, but unbeknownst to him, what her had made her was something he hadn’t even thought of asking her, well, out loud anyway.
When he went to present it to her, his foot got caught on a loose board, and he dropped the box into the water.
Seeing something fall into the water, the girl jumped in and came back out of the water with a smile on her face that made her look more beautiful that anything Caramon had ever seen, and after looking closely, he noticed that she was wearing the necklace he’d made for her, and the ring was on her left ring finger.
He didn’t understand why she was so happy, nor why she seemed so beautiful now, but she was happy, which made him even happier.
Before he could ask her about what she thought of them, she gave him his first kiss, and his face became so red you could mistake him for a Gerudo.
She said yes to him, and upon asking what she meant, she told him that he had given her something that was considered a sign of two who were to be married by what she was taught from those like her.
Caramon was surprised, but overjoyed by what she had told him, and promised that he’d come back and marry her properly someday, but sadly, that day never came.
After missing the day he was scheduled to return, Caramon came back to the docks to find that she had just left for sea.
He flew after the ship, but couldn’t find it, and later he found out why: her ship, The Rosemary Queen, had been set ablaze by another ship, and there were said to be no survivors, save a handful of Zora and Zoran Hybrids that had escaped the wreckage.
He waited on the docks for her to return, because he knew she was alive somewhere, but when she never returned, he went to the highest cliff and jumped for the water, broad-siding a ship on the way down.
The crew fished him out, but he had no idea who he was, or what he was doing here, or any memories of what he had gone through, all he could remember was his name, and nothing else.
After this incident, Caramon had almost completely changed.
He was more open, friendlier, and more compassionate towards everyone he met, always having a smile on his face when he met someone new, and always crying for those who had died, even if he’d never met them before.
Not long after this, he had been given a main position aboard Merik’s crew after the former person to occupy this position was “retired”.
Caramon had this strange longing every time he went out to sea that caused him to search the water when he thought no one was looking, but he found that he was wrong, and that he had in fact been watched by the entire crew, who were wondering just what he was doing day after day.
They didn’t ask questions, but they did ask for his aid to get his mind off of things when he seemed to get depressed, which is something they had not seem him do before.
He himself did not know why he did it, just that there was something he was searching for, and he hoped he’d find it.
Some time later, he and a crewmate of his went in search of said crewmate’s parents, on the journey there was much sadness, but also much joy, as Caramon had to bury his best friend’s father, but in his friend losing his father, Caramon had gained a little brother.
A short time after that, Caramon returned to the Keep with orders from the King, who also happened to be his Captain, for something important, but he had no idea just how important it was.
Caramon had heard rumours of him going against the King, which he could never prove were false without the right evidence.
Surprisingly, Caramon was given his own ship, which he dubbed the Lucky XIII, and was now a Captain himself.
Caramon thanked his friend, and went on his way.
Caramon’s missing memories start to resurface as he goes on his journeys aboard his ship, and he hopes to find them all someday.
The most recent memory he has recovered was that of his fiancé, and he still searches for her to this very day, hoping that someday they will finally be reunited, and never be separated again.
After returning to the village in the forest he'd helped establish after so many years, the village had grown into a small city called the Hybrid's Haven, or simply Hybrid Haven, a place where Hybrids are kept safe from those that prosecute them for being different.
Upon his name being recognized by one of the people he'd saved so many years ago, Caramon was brought forth in front of the Elders, who had heard of his accomplishments in the outside world, and had decided to put their faith in him.
They used magical ink to inscribe tattoos upon the upper half of his body, infusing him with greater understanding of his own abilities.
They then gave him the title of Grandmaster of the Hybrids, with high hopes that he may be the one who can finally find a way for Hybrids to finally be accepted in Hyrule.
EXTRAS,
Caramon has gaps in his memory as to how some things in his life happened or how he learned to do certain things he can do, but, despite that, he tries his best to use what he’s learned to help create a better future for those he loves.
