It has been two years since the Promised Day occurred.
Amestrian military has been attempting to make peace with the neighboring countries after the destruction of allegiances that Fuhrer Bradley caused. The Ishvalan civilization is successfully undergoing reconstruction. A peace treaty with the Aerugans has been signed, shipments of trade supplies and tourists beginning to move both ways. The Drachmans still push in from the north, refusing to ally themselves with sworn enemies.
Alchemists are thriving across the country, many learning the ways of both traditional alchemy and Xingese alkehestry. Many of the Xingese people have given up their search for immortality, understanding the consequences. Part of the Amestrian military has begun a movement to help the Cretans stop their tribal wars and learn to make peace through trade. Civilians worldwide are finally coming to terms with the countless lives that were lost, slowly beginning to move on with their lives.
The Shape of This Country is starting to look brighter, or so everyone thinks. Where do you stand in the concept of this "new world"? Shape of This Country is a site that follows the events of FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, specifically taking place post-series. The site welcomes both canons and originals. While the plot is open-ended, we implement site-wide subplots so characters have a reason to keep going. Knowledge of the series is not required, just read up on the basics in our newbie guide. { Home} • { Rules} • { Plot} • { Canons} • { Newbie Guide} • { Advertise}
