There is a stone that been hollow out in the desert with the words of Kotone's Mail box on it. The area around it seem to be an old village that was in ruins 15 or more years ago. However the mail box seem to bee there for 5 year now since the fall of the village. However written on the stone state her title in the Gerudo tribe.

Adviser Kotone Dragmire,
I understand your concerns, Adviser. However, I'm afraid that I cannot comply with your requests. While it is true that Captain Zenethil can be somewhat bigoted at times, any raids that he has led have never been unprovoked. As for King Merik Dragmire, he is indeed being hunted down, but not without reason.
I received a letter not long ago from King Dragmire. This letter not only threatened me, but also my friends, my family, several other leaders, and my kingdom. He also admitted to that which Caramon Zero had already confessed; Merik Dragmire is the leader of the Sea Rovers, a pirate group that has been giving all of Hyrule trouble for quite some time now. As such, King Dragmire has been a person of interest for some time before the incidents that have recently occurred.
You speak of Nairore becoming knighted. This was Captain Zenethil's decision, not my own; though, I have no issue with his choice. Lieutenant Nairore has shown only bravery and loyalty in the face of adversity; King Dragmire infiltrated the castle as a wanted criminal, and he paid the consequences for it. If anything, King Dragmire has only condemned himself even more with his actions following the incident. He slaughtered his own unborn children and set fire to the stables whilst making his escape, and nearly killed Lieutenant Nairore in the process.
When King Dragmire is captured, he will be given a fair trial, I can promise you that. However, if he resists arrest, any casualties that occur will be his fault and his fault alone.
I sympathise with your plight, Adviser, but the law is the law. For the people of Hyrule, it must be upheld.
Sincerely, Princess Zelda
