Ruma has a drop box outside her room in the Gerudo Fortress. Just drop it into the box and without any trouble she'll get it. Hopefully it doesn't explode or combust, since this is Ruma we're talking about.

Ruma,
I'm glad to hear the project is progressing on schedule and I'm sorry about taking up all your time with this but you can understand the importance of it.
While I can't give you my exact location in case someone else gets a hold of this letter, I can tell you that we're on the way back and only a few weeks away.
Well I need to get back to business on this end so I'll wrap it up here. Keep an eye on Kotone for me and I'll see you both soon.
