Ruma and Sima are probably out then. Corvus and Titania are my most active characters, and the two of them can deal with the mean people. Titania has a disapproving court and Corvus has many thieves and ne'er-do-wells he deals with.

Well, she'd probably be nice to Titania since she doesn't want to anger a Fairy Queen, but she'd have fun with Corvus XD
