The mighty titan stood within Hyrule Field, absorb the feeling of being one with mother nature. The rushing winds tickled his powerful crystal body as he released a hardy laugh upon the feeling. Lush green grass, grass full of life and happiness covered the entire area, almost turning it into more of a sea than a field. Brouda shifted his vision upward, directly at the gleaming sun overhead. Everything seemed so lively outside Death Mountain. Even though the field remained empty, the young Goron felt as if many things were happening before his very eyes. Fixing his black eyes back towards the ground, he noticed a simple dirt path. He followed it with his eyes until he could no longer see where it lead, but he knew it still remained. Without any other thought, The Crystal King began his journey down the dusty pathway. The field would soon engulf him, and Brouda would find himself one with nature.

They were again outside of the Hyrule Castle Town, as they usually were. They were just to the little grove of trees that met with the moat running around the castle. Sundosia was again tutoring Eris, this time by teaching her to use a bow. The young hybrid had an arrow drawn back in the string. Sundosia moved the girl's arm and shoulders as need be, and corrected her stance before Eris let the arrow fly. It missed the tree they had targeted, and hit the ground. The human turned to the girl and tilted her head toward the direction of the arrow, "Go get it." She said. Eris had to do everything for herself, that was the way it was, and that was the way it was going to be. When Eris struck out on her own, she would not have Sundosia there to fetch the arrows for her.
The hybrid moved to the river, and shuttered at the cold-looking water. She tried to jump it, but slipped on the shore and fell in with a splash. Pulling herself out, she went, dripping with water, and fetched the arrow. The hybrid shivered a little as she tried to jump the river again but this time made it. She moved up to her mother. Sundosia sighed, "Are we going to have to put the leg weights on you again to help your jumping?" She asked, and Eris sheepishly shook her head no. "Well, we're going to have to dry you off before you try again, at least it's rather warm out." She said, since she had not brought an extra pair of clothes with her.
