Innes twisted his wrist slightly, cupping some water in his hand, and then splashing it across his face. Standing up from his kneeling position, the sun shined down over his back, warming his clothing in a radiant bath of light. It was a nice day, not to hot but not to cold, clear skies, and a smell of fresh water filling the air. Wiping the slight quantity of dirt from his knee, he turned back to the scarred, dead tree about 30 yards from his position.
A long spear, formed from a fragment of his soul and amplified by Aether, stuck out of the tree at a somewhat off angle. His throw had been sloppy, and he needed to work on it. Extending his hand, a shroud of light consumed it, before it reformed in his hand.
".....Hmph."
Staring at the tree for a few moments, he stepped forth and threw the spear as hard as could, watching the object fly through the air. Once more, it hit the tree at an off angle. Frustrated and angry, he opened his palm once more, the spear vanishing. It did not come back to his hand this time though, yet only left sight.

Ryan hadn't been to lake Hylia ever since that escapade with all the leaders apparently gathering in one place at the same time by sheer coincidence. It was really mind boggling how that kind of thing could happen, didn't they have security details or something like that? Ryan himself didn't bother with that because he was simply lucky enough to afford going without it, but he would have expected the others to have some.
Anyway, Lake Hylia. The first thing he noticed when he was back was a Hylian trying and (apparently) failing to strike some unseen target on a tree with a magic spear. At least thats what Ryan assumed what was going on, judging purely by the Hylian's dower expression. It could be that the man was just ill-tempered by nature. Figuring it couldn't hurt, he decided to go over and give a few pointers to the man. "Its all in the wrist!" He called out to the man as he made his way over. "Use your arm for thrust and power, use your wrist to make the actual aim."
