APPEARANCE,
Pretty boy doesn't even begin to describe it.
Aether is pretty wow. As in, he's the kind of guy that women utterly swoon over the moment they see him. Go on, ask our epidemically adorable kitty minish, she'll agree. Aether stands at a solid 6'3, weighing a little over 200 lbs due to his muscular build. He draws a bit from the gypsies in that he has a preference for beads and even a bandana. Aside from that, he's got a fairly tan complexion with long silver hair braided in a ponytail.
As for what he wears, pretty simple. A suit of armor with a light-blue-whitish cape. The armor covers most of his body, and isn't really bulky enough that it slows him down too much. But it at least protects him. And with the cape he's like a caped crusader!
WEAPONS,
Aether tries to talk his way out of a fight more than anything. Though he does carry a small switch blade if some jackass somehow manages to take out Exit Stage Left.
ITEMS,
No matter who he meets, or how well he knows them, for some reason Aether always has something on him that the other person would like; he'll have a bone for a dog/wolf minish, or unwarranted self importance for a Hylian. Used mostly to get away.
ABILITIES,
Exit Stage Left
No matter what the situation, how strong the attack, how many, how outnumbered he is, how large the attack is, or whatever measures taken to prevent his leaving. It doesn't matter if you're Ganondorf or the three Goddesses themselves. If Aether wants to leave, he will leave. He can teleport, dive into a volcano, whatever the situation calls for. Aether will always show up next thread in perfectly good condition.
This ability has no combat capabilities and once it is used, Aether is removed from the thread.

HISTORY,
No one's really sure who Aether is, or what his childhood or even his adolescence was like. He just randomly showed up in the Ocean province, causing a bit of a ruckus. He wasn't starting big brawl fights mind you, he'd never get involved in a fight. Rather, he did things a bit differently.
Aether always had a problem with pirates, and wished to see them stamped out. But, trying to avoid violence whenever possible, he wouldn't go around wiping them out. Rather, he'd pit the other crews against each other, with exaggerated fibs about how another crew had incredible treasure. From there, he simply waited for greed to set in and silently trailed as the crew hunted down the ones he had pointed to and both sides mauled each other, unaware that they'd been played.
Occasionally, he'd let the authorities know about it if it were a really big operation, or against a group that pirates wouldn't even dream of going against, however, he avoided this as it just led to the deaths of good people. With pirates, two birds, one stone.
And even now, he's still hanging out in Oceania, pitting pirates against pirates, turning chaos against chaos. His ultimate goal though is to wipe out the Gerudo King's crew. With him gone, then hopefully it'd send a message to the rest of them just how hopeless their lives were.
He'd bring the whole thing crashing down if it was the last thing he ever did.
