The loud midst of chatter in the town was surrounding Akira, while the deathly black hood shrouded his face in a deep and darkened shadow. It was time again. It was time to take out his next 'Target'. Those who threaten thousands of people's lives must perish. He came to the conclusion of assassinating the horrible man after he found out his plans to murder Princess Zelda and blame it on the nearest guard. The evil mans name was Gaphiras, he was a very fat man who often wore expensive gowns and robes everywhere, and he was also a powerful piece in politics.
Even though Akira had never met Zelda, he knew that she was a very wise and kind ruler, he could not let someone like that die at the hands of this heinous man. So he followed the man camouflaged by the pressing crowd. He knew he had to wait for the right moment to strike as the man would be surrounded by guards. He needed to be patient if he wanted to receive the right opportunity to kill Gaphiras, and it came in the blink of an eye. The man wandered into an alley without his guards. If he was going to kill him now would be his chance.
He immediately headed towards the alleyway following the man into the depths of the dark alley. He swiftly made his way through, passing abandoned shops, he quietly sneaked up behind the man and rushed his hand in front of the mans mouth, he did the simplest action to end his life. A knife to the throat."Be at peace, for your journey will be great" .............

Luck, as ever, was a fickle lover to Ryan. Damning him and blessing him with equal amounts of happenstance and coincidence. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Luck had been a driving force in Ryan's life, which was why he was unsure if it was good luck or bad luck that he had stumbled upon an apparent assassination. Of the two people involved, he only recognized the fat one, a man known as Gaphiras. He was rumored to be a tumor on his Kingdom, and quite probably deserved his death.
However, he knew Zelda well enough to know that she would not be happy about this, and would likely organize what amounted to a full manhunt to track down Gaphiras killer. Knowing that he was now a witness to such a crime, Ryan too could be implicated in Gaphiras assassination.
Knowing that there was only one thing for him to do, Ryan drew his sword slowly and loudly. The metal on metal of the blade being pulled from its sheath announcing the presence of the Champion of Humanity. "Run." He said simply. "What you did was wrong. Even if he was a horrible person, even if he deserved to die, what you did was wrong." Ryan rested the tip of his sword on the ground, in a relaxed stance. "I'm giving you a five second head start, after that I'm coming after you with everything I have. So. Run."

It was surprising to say the least to run into someone such as Ryan in the worst possible moment. The kill was done quick and swiftly. He could have finished the job and disappear that very second, however he still managed too get himself caught . He really needed to work on leaving faster. Maybe the blessings towards the dead bodies were becoming to lengthy, he really ought to shorten them soon.
"Wrong or not, it needed to be done." He speedily jumped to the roof and rushed towards another destination, for he knew that he would need the time to think over a strategy to get away.

"I'm not about to argue that." He muttered to himself in reply to the assassin. Truth be told Ryan felt a bit of murder here and there would do wonders for the Kingdom, but sadly it was agains the law to do so, which meant that he had to at least make a token effort to try and track down and detain the assassin no matter how much he agreed with him. Cursing his Lawful Good nature while he counted to five, Ryan put away the to better free his hands for the chase.
Upon reaching five seconds, Ryan bolted after the Assassin, his speed almost matching the the killer's own! STOP THAT MAN! HE ASSASSINATED THE BARRON!"* He shouted at the top of his lungs, bringing the city guard in to pursuit with him and sending several others to seal off the city to prevent escape.
OOC I figure if he was a bigwing in politics like you mentioned, he would be at least a Barron.

{OOC: Mind if I join in?}
Castle Town, as always, has streets crowded to the walls with people, and I'm searching for a way to get back to my ship without causing to much of a stir, lest someone realize who I am and ask for my help in public, causing quite a bit of trouble for both me and my crew. I decide it best to go down one of the rarely used alleyways to bypass most of the crowd and get to my ship sooner.
As I begin walking down said alley I see a body on the ground, and a man runs up the wall to my left, shortly followed by another man shouting to have the city sealed. What's going on here? The man on the ground's dead and beyond my help, but something seems amiss. Oh well, I'd better follow them and find out what.
I unfurl my wings and fly after them to see just what happened in that alley and see if anyone needs my help.

Damn him. That one shout alerted the entire town of his presence. He knew that the odds were against him before, and there was a chance to get away...a small one, but still a chance. However, the loud shout seemed to stick in his head, now it be nearly impossible to get away. He had no choice, he had to attempt to get out of castletown and get the hell out of here. This was even more irritating than his last assassination. He really despised the idea of getting caught. He honestly preferred to keep his distance from others, and he didn't enjoy the thought of spending his entire life jailed.
He had to move fast. Options? His eyes scanned over the area developing a plan. He needed a spot where he could blend in and hide away. A place where the crowd would shield him. But where? As if on cue he eyed a huge crowd gathered by a group of traveling entertainers numbering to at least a hundred. Perfect. He then threw himself into the crowd in a very sudden motion. Hopefully it would throw off his pursuer.
(OOC:go ahead its called open for a reason)

Wonderful, another criminal had joined the chase. Although why exactly he would draw attention to himself Ryan had no idea, perhaps he was defective in the head? It didn't matter in the end, the guards were here, blocking the path of the assassin and the pirate, murder in their eyes and righteous justice in their blood. Was the chorus of shouts from the assembled men-at-arms. None of them had any plans on letting the two criminals escape them. They would either pay the court a fine or serve their sentence!

I turn in midair as I see the group of soldiers looking right at me, spears pointed in my direction.
Aw man, not this again...
I look around and see only one way out of this predicament, but I decide that if they really want to talk to me, I have no right to keep them hanging, so I stop and hover in midair.
What'd I do now? All I did was give the townsfolk some money, and now I'm a criminal? What kind of justice is this? You soldiers don't get paid enough to have to put up with this stuff...
I reach for my personal rupee pouch, which has my chef's earning in it, and take out what I saw the last fine was for what's termed around here as "piracy" before tossing the rupees on the ground in front of the guards, as well as the rest of a separate pouch to be given to the poor.
How about you guys keep whatever you don't give to the people, that way you don't have to take out so many rupees in taxes this time, eh? It's your call, but you better hurry, since the people around you seem like they wanna pounce on those rupees like carnivores with meat.

Akira eyed the guards over and gave them an annoyed look as he dived into the crowd. Guards are always a minor irritation but no real threat unless the were highly ranked. He did the most probable thing in his mind, he jumped on the guards face in front of Caramon and launched into the air landing on a nearby roof continuing his run. *Well...that didn't work, I'll have to think up another way to escape...*. This irked him slightly, that his well thought out plan was foiled by merely a small group of guards.

The guards flatly ignored Caramon, one of whom even kicked the bag over to the crowd where they could divvy up the money on their own accord. Clearly they were less than impressed by Caramon's attempt to bribe them, one of whom even looked like he was a hairs breath away from chopping the man up. "You will surrender and be detained, any further attempts to bribe or escape your punishment will be met with severe consequences!" Said the captain of the guards in a very unhappy tone of voice.
Ryan in the mean time had decided to let the guards handle Caramon. Four on one seemed like overkill, and the two guards plus the captain shouldn't have any issue detaining the pirate. This left him with the time to focus all his attention on the Assassin, and focus he did. With a sudden increase in speed, Ryan bounded forward, closing the distance between the Assassin and himself in very little time. It still wasn't quite enough to catch up, but the Assassin would know that he couldn't escape Ryan so easily.
Not letting a simple thing like being slightly slower than his prey bother him, Ryan drew the bow off of his back and let loose an arrow. While hitting a moving target while moving himself was always a tricky feat, he knew that the law of averages would play to his favor eventually, and he would land a shot.
SUMMERY Used Human Adaptability to boost speed by x2, bringing it to x4 total. Drew the bow and fired and arrow. OOC Forgot to mention, Ryan gained a Luck Point last post.

I just sit there speechless as one of my attempts to help out is once again mistaken for something I had never intended.
Well that's just great, now they think I was trying to bribe 'em and make my getaway. I don't want to hurt 'em unless they make me, and I won't draw my weapons unless I absolutely have to, so I think I can make it out of here alright.... I hope.
These thoughts run through my head within a few seconds as I stand at the ready, just in case one of these guys decides to go off the wall on me.
I think it best to try and talk my way out of this while still being cautious, though I'm not sure just how much it'll help me.
Alright guys, we seem to have had a bit of a misunderstanding here. I only want to help the economy by giving a few rupees to the people who need them. In fact, did you know that there's actually more poor people here than in almost any other city, town, or village I've visited in all of Hyrule? It's sad to see so many people doing whatever they have to do to barely scrape by, so I do what I do so I can help them out. I help people by doing what I do, so why is that considered breaking the law?
Y'know what? Forget it. I'm tired of trying to explain myself when no one wants to give me a chance to explain myself properly. I'll go with you guys as long as I don't have to wear those stupid cuffs and chains.
I have a few things I'd like to show you anyway when we get back to wherever you're taking me. I think you may like what I've found.
I walk towards the guards and stop in front of the Captain as I put my hands in my pockets, waiting for a reply.
