Daemien came to the Ruined Temple to pay his respects to the ancient temple. He knelled on a knee and bowed down his head as he situated himself in the center of the circle with a symbol of the triforce. Some people would come to this place for a pilgrimage, but more importantly it was rumored to contain the power to repel evil a long time ago. However, Daemien believed that it would only reveal itself to the chosen hero.
Just then, he heard someone start to approach and he prepared himself, just in case he was about to get attacked.

So this was the ruined Temple of Time, or so it was called once upon some time. Vanessa stepped inside security of the grove, feeling the ancient power swirl with the air, bending with it, mixing with it, and she couldn’t tell whether the air was saturated or diluted with raw power. Saturated dilution, she came to the conclusion; the power was there but was unable to be utilized until the Hero showed up -- she knew the legends, but scoffed at them just the same.
It was funny, this temple, much like many things were funny, or perhaps she was merely going mad out of boredom. People clung to these fairytales, waiting for a hero to show up, unwilling to believe that there were immediate problems that they could solve -- the sheep of the world that bleat and bleat and bleat until she couldn’t stand it. But she was curious; what was this place. The stories told of a Hero who pulled upon a sword from the sacred grove, the sword of evil’s bane, so it goes, and she goes by a similar story, finding a sword of all things‘ bane instead -- even her own.
She sighed. Well, it was certainly ruined, and it was not so exciting after all. The legends may have been true as they spawn from history and its retelling, but the site was unimpressive as a whole, much like other decrepit relics. And what was this? A presence? Who would be coming here besides to take a bent knee to stone? She stepped up to him with mild irritation -- unprofessional -- as she held up a single hand to have off the harm. “Hold your blade, Sir, I am no enemy.” She spoke with authority ringing upon her voice, but softly; the Knight-Sergeant was in no mood for idle flapping of lips. A Shiekah? It was only of the code to state one’s name and so she began introductions as her post dictates. “Knight-Sergeant Vanessa Ferre. Who might you be, and why might you be upon sacred ruins?”

Damien sighed with relief when he heard that the woman was one of the not an enemy to him, and he sheathed his two curved bronze blades. "Forgive me for my defensive action, Knight-Sergent Ferre. My name is Daemien Strider, and I came here to pay my respects to this temple. I have also started to recently consider joining the Hylian Knights, given it is a role that the Sheikah are bound to undertake." Daemien explained calmly as he stood up. "Might I ask what brings you here, Knight-Sergent?" Damien asked her politely with respect in his voice.
