A couple racials that needed cooldowns were lacking them and this was brought to our attention just recently, so they were added. This'll probably only affect a small number of characters, but we figured it should be brought to the site's attention so they at least know of this change.
The racials which now have added cooldowns, noted in bold print in the racial ability description:
- Deku Bubble Shot
- Kokiri Vine Summoning
