Euphoria (Euph, Eu, or Euphy as anyone may call her) is an Oocca with a love for adventure and a mean streak. Always in high spirits and a good mood, she's overly optimistic about all the wrong things. Her personality can be described as macabre or psychotic, but she is fully aware of the trouble she can cause. The little bird is horribly mischeivous and deceitful, selfish to no end but a lover of fun and games. Like all, however, she also has her down days, and it's not out of the question for her to feel lonely or unloved. These feelings just tend to be repressed and outshined for her need to play.
APPEARANCE,Standing at a whopping five feet with three inches, Euphoria isn't the most intimidating creature out there. Her build is slim, yet feminine, with curves where they belong in a young woman's body. Not quite busty, yet not boyish, she's at a happy medium. Her facial features are soft compared to most Oocca, closely related to her bird form. Her hair is an intense shade of lime green naturally and littered with strands of yellow, white, and light blue. Bangs frame her round face and longer pieces of hair fall just below her shoulders while the rest is cut into a layered and very textured bob.
One of her defining characteristics are her goggles and if not those, her glasses. Euphoria believes strongly in protecting her light-colored eyes from harm, as they are an important tool when flying. She believes in this so strongly, that should she not have a pair of goggles, she absolutely refuses to spread her wings. Her wardrobe is quite varied, but in general, her tendency is towards thick knit sweaters with loose sleeves in bright colors and shorts. The larger the better, especially in the sleeves as her wings replace her arms in flight.
As for her wings in human form, they are large enough to carry her with ease on the wind. Following the scheme of her hair and eyes, the feathers are a combination of lime green fading into sky blue to yellow to white, decoracted with black stripes and spots here and there.
The same designs decorate her bird form, making her a parakeet with a human head.
WEAPONS,Talons: A weapon she saves exclusively for flight. The metal frames in the form of impossibly sharp talons fit snug over her shoes, and using a bit of magic to make the claws flex, they not only serve as an combative force, they also are very useful in wind storms as anchors.

ABILITIES,Swan Dive: Level 1
Euphoria gets as much height as possible and dives down towards her target gracefully, twirling through the air head first. A thin veil of magic spirals outward over the Oocca and once it makes contact it can cause a relatively small, colorful but bright explosion. Good for escaping a mob, distracting a foe, or breaking through weak obstacles. She must gain a minimum height of atleast ten feet. This abilities effect isn't very destructive, it is more or less an escape technique that, if used on a foe, can cause blindness for one post. Cooldown is three posts.
World's End Rhapsody: Level 1
Combining song with magic, Euphoria's voice carries a destructive tune. Magic accompanies her, it rises and falls with the melody, providing rhythm and bass. The result for all within earshot is a beautiul song, but all those within a ten foot radius are engulfed in nothing but the music. May only be used once per thread.
This ability is cast over the span of three or four posts, each one initiating a different phase. In the first, all targets' speed is halved. Second, all the affected are rendered blind. Third, all victim's are stunned and unable to move. The fourth post deals light magical damage, but only applies if Euphoria performs an uninterrupted cast. If interrupted, all trapped in the spell would be released and she would be unable to fly, use magic, nor telekinesis for one post. Unfortunately, the Oocca traps herself within the spell, unable to move or defend herself. Human Form: Level 1 - Human form can be accessed.
Feather Flurry: Level 0 - The Oocca cannot fire any feathers.
Teleportation: Level 0 - The Oocca cannot teleport.
Telekinesis: Level 3 - The Oocca can lift up medium sized objects (such as greatswords) without worry.
HISTORY,
Euphoria grew up as the awkward duckling among the Sky Inhabitants. She knew little to nothing and had a horrible time learning as others did. She was a hands-on learner, not theoretical at all. Descriptions and the such, theories, 'maybes' and 'imagines' went in one ear and came out the other. No matter how much memorizing she did, nothing stuck. Her caretakers then decided to introduce the little chick to a more hands on approach to learning, through play. Life became a game and a game she was good at. She either learned telekinesis or she had no supper, learned to fly or she'd plummet to her death. Though the punishments seem harsh, to her they were challenges that put a gust under her wings, and her guardians would never let her down.
It was one day, on par with what the other Oocca learned, that they would fly to the world below and experience other customs. As an advanced race, this was crucial to the advancement of their own world, and it was every Oocca's duty to learn. So, without hesitation, Euphoria threw herself off the edge, and fell into the cloud barrier below.
Her innocence was soon destroyed as she experienced the world of hyrule, her need to play and learn brought her down a destructive path, and even so early in life, she's already been tainted by the pleasures and treasures of all the world. Magic came easily to her, gaining a human form in a relatively short amount of time. Having traveled just about all of the land through her work as a messenger, she picked up the trade of song and dance from many different races. Her tender age is no measure of the innumerable things she now knows and comprehends.
