A beautiful day - wait scratch that. Twilight. That was because the sun was going down : soon enough the ReDead would be in the night, in her element, as her feet were softly dipped into the lake. Her blonde hair shimmered in the sun, as her deep red eyes seemed to almost glow, ethereal in the face of the setting sun. The cool, clear water pooled at her ankles, even as the sun seemed muted some how. The dark clouds on the horizon seemed indicative of a storm. The Redead held out her hand, and felt nothing yet. Maybe she would get to see lighting today, as the undead gave a light smile, standing. Slowly, she stripped off her clothing, before pushing against the edge, spiraling into the water. Her discarded clothing looked like a comfy spot to sit of course, but also looked like a rock.
But that didn't matter, as the blonde dived, letting her body relax in the body of water. It was an odd thought : she was a zombie that could swim. It was a strange event, as most assumed zombies were incapable of threading water : Valdis could certainly make them rethink that, as her long claws worked to cut through the water, and propel her with more force. The ReDead let herself soak in the lake a bit longer, before she broke the surface again, not noting the darkness of the night. She took a breath, and dived again, letting the world of water swallow her up again, bubbles floating to the top, until it seemed she might drown.
With the way the undead let her body float inside of the lake, barely moving, it would make sense if someone thought of that. The ReDead's body floated to the surface, air touching her deathly pale and cold skin, the moisture glistening in the last flecks of twilight, as her eyes were closed. She was quite enjoying this, as her chest moved not, no breath needed to be taken. The world was nothing to Valdis : she was resting in her own inner world, letting it wash over her senses like a coat of armor, keeping her safe from that world.
But who knew what could happen?

There were no conflicts recently, definitely not a bad thing, but there was also a lack of positive surprises as well. As he walked along the lake's edge embracing the slowly cooling air, all he could do was sigh complacently; he couldn't really complain about the lack of excitement if there was an equal lack of danger.
One would think that he would be exploring the land in ball form, or at the very least flying, but the teen's wings weren't even exposed. It's not that he wanted to hide his race, he just felt that flapping about was unnecessarily flashy.
There was nothing better than an ambient setting at dusk, and that's conveniently where Casca was located. He stared out at the lake, his golden irises gazing at the waning sunlight. As he once again began waling along the bank, something piqued his interest. As he approached, it looked like some kind of rock, yet it was out of place. Crouching down beside it, some simple prodding proved that it was a pile of clothing. Not the most concealing clothing, but clothing none the less.
As he came to this realization, he wondered who it could belong to. The most likely assumption would be that someone went for a dip, but there hasn't been much activity since he arrived. Further thought helped him assume that it might be a Zora staying under water, but he didn't read anything about skinnydipping in their lore. In search of answers, he walked once again to the bank, staring into the water.[/style][STYLE=background-color: #000000; width: 360px; border-left: 5px solid #000000; border-right: 5px solid #ff0066; color: #3b3b3b; text-align: justify; font-family: verdana; font-size: 10px; border-top: 1px dashed #ff0066; padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 5px;]tags;; ReDead :3 notes;; ♥

The ReDead was still letting the inner world wash her in : even though it was obvious that eyes were on her nude form, as she rolled over, face down in the water. And slower still, she floated into the view of the bank : face down, obviously drowning. But the ReDead didn't seem to bother too much : why did she breathe air, or act like a human? At times, she forgot that her very esssence was dead and that meant she didn't have to hold herself to the ridiculous standards of sentient existence. Ridiculous : but the ReDead was quite enjoying breaking her own thoughts on the laws of well, existence. At least for a little bit, as the floating was more then peaceful. Very peaceful indeed, as she didn't even breathe : there wasn't a single peep out of her body, not even a breath or a single movement. Her skin was still cold as death and she still looked like a drown victim.
Yup. All was cool.
