Jack settled the Sparrow nicely within the heart of the forest finding a nice clearing nearby the what appeared to be ruins of a forgotten temple. A place left for the greenery to take over as lush moss, and vines consumed the dilapidated temple. As far as he was concerned it was a potential location to pinpoint treasure. He's heard of plenty of stories behind these neck of the woods, and quite frankly didn't care of the superstitions that followed them. So as the captain of the assembled crew of the Sky Pirates, they were going to raid the ruined temple laid out before them.
"Let's take a look around, shall we?" he smiled. He released the hatch, then stepped out of the airship to take in the fresh air of Faron Woods. He strolled on over to the ruins of what used to be a majestic temple, and admired what remained of the architect, and building structure.
"Are we ready?" he turned back to meet his crew. This shouldn't have been a hard mission to fulfill. He didn't expect any monsters to be around, but one couldn't be too careful. The last thing he needed was Bokoblins coming after them with spiked clubs or arrows. While he wouldn't get his hopes up, Jack was quite looking forward to how this adventure will swing.
OOC NOTE: This quest is open only to members of the Sky Pirates. No one else can join unless given permission otherwise.

Could this be real? It had to be. Why else could she have a hard time believing it in the first place? It was a feeling of discovery - a passion she could burn brightly for. She knew the second she stepped out of the airship Aya would become a new person. She was no longer just a vagabond fairy traveling with her twin sister. She was now a Sky Pirate. How cool of a title was that?
What she wasn't looking forward to was the fact that they had to travel back to her home. Sacred Grove wasn't the most welcoming place to Aya regardless of the mission at hand. Too many unpleasant memories are still embedded in her mind. She had to brush them aside, and keep her thoughts on hand at the ancient ruins that laid upon their home territory. She's always wanted to know what kinds of secret treasure were hidden in these parts.
"Damn skippy, we're ready," or at least Aya was.
ooc. Just so you guys know, I'll be running the DMing for this quest. There's no posting order. I'll try to post every 24 hours after my last post.

Ani was so very excited for this quest of adventure~! She had been waiting for something like this ever since she had left the Sacred Grove with her twin, and yet now they were headed back to where it all began. She was a little leery of returning back so soon, but she had a feeling that they were going to discover something very worthwhile. The young woman was bouncing upon her heels in her impatience to start this journey, and so she was even more happy when Jack finally landed the airship nearby the ruins. Ani had always wondered what laid within these ruins, and now they would all have the chance to find out! Her breath was held as the hatch was slowly opened, and Ani soon zoomed out with utmost haste. Her wings extended to allow her to float gently to the ground before the hatch had even touched the grass, and within a flutter of movement they were hidden once more. Carmine eyes were taking in every detail with greed and excitement.
"Yes, I am very ready~!" Ani chirped. She clapped her hands together, skipping over to stand by her twin. She knew that Aya would not be happy about returning here at all, but the sense of adventure would be more than enough to overcome that feeling. Linking her arm through her twin's, she continued to bounce upon her heels. Ani was very much ready to dive headfirst into the ruins, but perhaps she should practice a little more patience. None of them knew what could be lurking in there, and so she managed to calm herself quickly enough. At least they may finally obtain the answer of what lurked within.

"I'm ready as I'll ever be, although I'll be honest with you, I've got a bad feeling about this place."Yuji said scoping out the area. Yuji had never been a fan of forests and tried to stay as far away from them as possible, but as the circumstances would have it, there was no avoiding this. Yuji would just have to push his uneasiness aside and trust that they would all come back unscathed, besides Yuji backed down from danger. He lived for this crap, he was the reckless one of the group after all. So he grabbed his blade, took a deep breath, and psyched himself up for whatever lied ahead. "So where do we start" Yuji asked, despite his uneasiness he was eager to find out what kind temple this used to be, not to mention what was inside. The only thing he was praying they wouldn't run into were the locals or god forbid skulltulas. OOC:sorry for the short post, I've been out of it for awhile, might take me a minute to get back into the motion

The others made such boring entrances... Just walking down the ramp. What sort of Sky Pirate walked down a ramp? She grinned as Cap'n Jack opened the hatch, before heading topside to pick up her weapon which she had conveniently 'left' there, promising to join them presently. She grinned as she tested the weight of it in her hands, spiraling it in elegant sweeping motions, before swinging it up to her shoulder, shifting her grip to the centre, and moving the the stern of the ship where the others now lingered, readying themselves for adventure, Jack admiring the stonework. She raised an eyebrow. Scholars. Go figure. She smirked, before stepping back, taking hold of one of the ropes that was there predominantly to tether the crew to the ship in high winds. She however, had other plans for it.
Grasping the rope firmly, she ran, before diving elegantly off the side of the ship, flipping through the air in an acrobatic display that was audacious, daring, and entirely unnecessary. That's what made it so brilliant. Her arm tensed, allowing the rope's slack to play out, slowing her descent, her feet swiveling down so she would land, with catlike grace, upon the floor with the lightest of thumps. The grin on her face said it all, as she looked at the others. Well someone's got to give us some style!
She grinned, hefting the bizarre weapon up to her shoulder, walking nonchalantly next to Aya and her sister Ani. Well, Ayameru and Delanie. But all friends right? Besides, too many syllables. She sidled up next to Aya, bumping her hip with her own. Not a particularly comfortable motion, being as she was considerably shorter. Don't think I ever asked, any of you ever done anything like this before? If you haven't you're in for the thrill of your life. She grinned widely, before sashaying her way over to the Cap'n, still smirking.
So boss man, you want me on point? Or do you want the first look at the pretty rocks? She stuck her tongue out slightly as she finished, teasing as always, before bumping her hip against his, more firmly than with Aya. He was bigger after all!

The soft rustle of the leaves deep within the foliage of the forest echoed sweetly. There was a moment's reprieve greeting the pirates of the sky. It was an eerie calm that warned them to be on their guard as the forest was surely alive. That they weren't the only ones around in this beautiful canopy of green, and ruins. A faint trace of what they could deduce as music was playing at a distance. Slowly, but without a doubt it began to pick up until it became audible for everyone to hear.
The sound of pipes (trumpets?) playing a playful melody of old. The tune of the children of the forest. The first warning they would receive was when the musician behind the playing stopped his music. His glowing eyes peered up, and across the distance to meet the gazes over at the party before him. A high pitched cackle escaped his lips. As the Skull Kid took a deep breath, he blew straight into his pipe, and a low off-key pitch was played.
In an instant, falling from the tree tops were six marionette-like creatures. Each of them with rotating limbs, and playful grins spread across their wooden faces. It's been a while since he last had company to play around with.
The Skull Kid sent forth his army of mischief at the crew sent before him. The puppets obeyed, and floated creepily on over to each member of the pirates. One for each of the crew to fight except for the captain. He would receive two of the puppets to face off with. All of which respectively began attacking by reaching out, and pounding the pirates with their wooden hands. Trickster of the GroveSkull Kid
Aya's eyes narrowed at the very instant she heard the melody of the forest being played. Even Ani would know what that meant when they heard that song being played. Skull Kids. From the way it looked, she knew it was only one of them nearby, but one was definitely enough to be cautious about. When the child finally revealed himself to the crew, he made no hesitance to send forth his wooden minions after them. Their way of playing, and harassing the ever loving crap out of those who dare step foot in their forest.
The crimson fairy stared at the incoming puppet that came her way. Well, actually, it was more like two of them since they were coming after both Aya, and Ani. She released her sister's arm, and stepped forth in a protective stance. When they came straight for the twins, Aya delivered an elegant, but brutal roundhouse kick against the skull kid's toys. She quickly drew out her blade, and went axe-happy on the unfortunate stocks of wood.
"Skull Kid, cut that crap out!" she hissed, "We're friends of the forest! We lived here."
It would appear that Skull Kid either didn't care or was blatantly ignoring her. It was all for his own entertainment. Like he had anything better to do in the first place. Oh well~ That only meant that there was only one way out of this. Take out the perpetrator behind the operation, and move on.
Post Summary. Skull kid summoned forth six puppets against the crew members. One for each pirate member except for Jack who faces off with two. All of the puppets began the fight by attacking first~

Jack liked his crew. They came from all sorts of backgrounds, and carried with them a variety of personalities that so far was very enjoyable to have. Of course, some were a far more 'showy' than others as he smirked at the voluptuous, and beautiful Sekhmet bedazzle everyone by entering off with style. Along with the alluring fairy twins tagging together - he could swear those two never separate from each other every time he catches them. They were inseparable. Ah, the bonds of such strong love. He hoped that one day the crew would be more than just business or beneficial partners. One day they would all become a vast dysfunctional interracial family.
"Looks like our host has other plans for us," he smiled. He really wasn't expecting the Skull Kid to appear, and give them trouble but it didn't really put their plans to a complete stop. It was just a minor inconvenience is all. Especially when he summoned puppets to assault the crew. He didn't have a problem with kids because he knew how they acted, and thought himself part of the gang, but there was a limit of immaturity.
"He's toying with us. Just smash through the puppets! Break through them, and get the child before he has a chance to send more our way." That was his only command he gave as he got his hands tied up with the two that came after him. Drawing his sword out, he prepared for the puppet's attacks, and blocking against the annoying pounds they insisted against him.
As he pulled his sword out of defense, he used his free hand to grasp the connected joint of one of the two puppets that came after him. He swung the marionette like it was nothing, and smashed it against the other until in attempt to break them apart limb by limb.
OOC NOTE: Do you want us writing summaries at the end? Or no? >.>

Ani stiffened as she hear the hauntingly cheerful melody that was signature of the Skull Kids that lingered within the Sacred Grove. Oh, of course the trouble making children would decide to come out and have their brand of slightly violent fun now. Why were they attacking, though? Aya and Ani were fairies, and it was just unknown for the Skull Kids to attack the native denizens of the Grove. An exasperated huff escaped her lips, and she watched as her twin stood protectively in front of her. It was probably for the best, since she was not quite as well versed with melee combat like her twin. That did not mean Ani was completely defenseless. Oh, it would be really stupid to underestimate her because of her cute and delicate appearance. All the more fun for her~! A devious smirk crossed her lips, and Ani reached beneath the skirt of her pink summer dress. Not the best thing for fighting in, but it was comfortable~!
Ani quickly grabbed her daggers from the holsters on her upper legs, spinning them around in her hands deftly. Oh, she could bring out her scythe, but this was just so much more fun~! As her twin delivered a rather nasty roundhouse kick at the Skull Kid's puppets, she decided to go in for the kill. Her wings unfolded from her back, and the young woman darted at the wooden puppet, unleashing her own brutal high kick at the puppet's head, and then slicing at the offending creature with her daggers. "Oh, you guys are so gonna get it!" she shouted with a bright laugh.
Summary: Kicked one of the puppets and proceeded to slice and dice 'em~

"Lets do this!"Yuji spun the chamber on his blade as the puppet attacked him with it's hands. He quickly blocked it, and swung his sword at it pulling the trigger, but the puppet parried at the last minute "damn, wasted a bullet" Yuji said as his blade ricocheted off the ground. The puppet came around for another attack swinging it's hands wildly at him while dodging Yuji's attacks. He finally caught a lucky brake and managed to trap one of the puppet's hands under his sword. Yuji quickly deflected it, spun his sword one time in a circular motion, moved to his left, and brought it down on the puppet smashing it into pieces.
Yuji saw Delanie going for went for the skull kid and followed her lead, while she was taking care of the puppets he charged straight at the skull kid holding his blade down in an upward slash position, jumped at it and pulled the trigger hoping to hit it with the blunt part of his sword and knock it out with the shockwave it sent out. But the kid quickly evaded it and quickly acted and summoned another puppet to send his way. The puppet knocked him back a good distance from the skull kid.
Yuji smashed the other just as easily as the other one "Someone cover me I'm going after the kid" Yuji said as he charged for the kid again, this time he was ready for him.
