Titania immediately looked Ayameru directly in the eyes with a fiery glare that could match the temperamental Crossfire. "Are you calling me old? Well here I never thought that you would have the nerve just because I am your queen does not mean I am some old hag!" For the first time in a long time the fairy queen was actually legitimately upset. Insulting her was fine, until her age was brought into question.
"Hmph. I guess it can't be helped. Maybe I'm just too old for you adventurous young people." She broke a stick off of a nearby branch and began to wave it about like a crotchety old lady would wave about her cane, ignorant of the conversations going on around her.
"You young people and your speed dating" she said in a crotchety old woman voice. "You and your adventures and not knowing what it's really like to have to raise a family by yourself and all of your crazy shenanigans!" By now this was becoming an act of jest, and Titania was just driving the point home that she wasn't old.
